    RETURN WINDOW

    If you wish to return a Riverwell item, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 60 days will not be eligible for a refund.


    HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

    Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return: Email: contact@tryriverwell.com

    We will review your request and provide you with all necessary return instructions. We do not accept return requests by phone or voicemail.


    RETURN CONDITIONS

    To be eligible for a refund, an item must be:

    • New and unused
    • Unopened, with the manufacturer's seal intact
    • In its original, undamaged packaging

    For reasons of hygiene and product safety, opened, used, or unsealed items cannot be returned or refunded, except where the item arrived damaged or defective.


    RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Riverwell does not provide prepaid return labels except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective through our fault.


    REFUND PROCESSING

    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank.


    REFUSED PACKAGES

    If your order is marked as undeliverable and returned to us by the carrier, you may choose between a full refund or a free reshipment of your order.

    Do not refuse a package unless it is visibly damaged upon delivery. If you refuse a package due to visible damage, return shipping costs will not be charged to you. Once the package is received, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs, or send a replacement free of charge.

    If a package is refused for any other reason, a refund will only be issued once the item is received and confirmed to be in its original condition.


    DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    If your product arrives damaged or defective (broken seal, wrong item, quality issue), contact us immediately at contact@tryriverwell.com with a photo of the item and your order number. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Riverwell.

    We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on first orders. Contact us at contact@tryriverwell.com within 60 days of delivery to request a refund.


    FINAL SALE

    No items sold by Riverwell are final sale. All products are eligible for return within the conditions outlined in this policy.


    NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

    The following are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Opened or used items
    • Items returned without prior authorization
    • Orders placed by mistake or duplicated by the customer
